With the first opening of the exhibition “Young Americans” the Vienna Art week started its lively art program on November 16th 2015.

“Young Americans” is a group show by Cornelis van Almsick and Irene Gludowacz bringing a choice of eight US-American artists for the first time together in Austria. They represent their generation who grew up in the digital age and work with new media in their specific artistic language, showing their ideas and concerns as well as their reflections and objections of today's world. The exhibition includes works in the media of installation, photography and video.

The Young Americans group exhibition is on view at Vienna's Franz Josefs Kai 3 gallery through November 30.
